10 Minute Nachos

We have all been there.

Guests coming over and nothing to feed them; home late from work and needing a quick feed. If you want a quick and easy dinner or snack, this is just the thing you have been looking for!

This recipe is so simple that there didn’t even have to be any proper steps, just photo guide and ingredients!

This dish serves 2 to 3 as a main course or 6 to 8 as an appetizer and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook!


  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 can of Red Kidney Beans
  • Jalapenos
  • Salsa
  • Soft Vegan Cheese
  • Homemade guacamole to serve

Add all ingredients to a tray (see below) except for the guacamole. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes or until tortilla chips are slightly golden. Serve with guacamole  and enjoy!
